Friday Sketch Challenge #74

Good Morning,
and if the weather men have got it right it's gonna be a scorcher!
Better get the sun cream out, stay safe everyone.

Here is the new sketch over at Friday Sketch Challenge

This challenge we have a super sponsor Flat Friends Boutique' you can find their store here
I have used The Happy Couple which I coloured with markers:

The image and sentiment was printed in the center of a piece of white card which I matted onto a piece of black card. This was then mounted onto a scalloped 6 x 6 card blank.

The segments of the sketch were cut on the silhouette and were added to the card using foam pads. The flowers were die cut in parchment paper and card candi was added to the centers. I die cut some of the candi to give varying sizes, the large one is the original size.

Have a great day everyone!

Photo Inspiration @ MAWTT

Good Morning,
How nice to have some nice weather, I have to sit in the shade as my skin only has to see the sun and it turns red! Hopefully it will stay nice for the weekend as I have a stall at the church fun day.

Today see's the start of a new challenge over at MAWTT
This challenge we have a lovely Sponsor.

Prize is a Ronnie the Robot Set of Stamps

Our Colour theme are these Nice Bright Summery Colours.

summer brights

Heres my card:

The papers are some I've had in my stash for a good few years, they are from a pack of 12 x 12 papers that I brought and never cut in to. All has been matted onto some orange card that I also found in the box. The image is from DigiStamp Boutique and called Alf Cooling Off. Markers were used to colour the image with a touch of chalk. Bakers twine and a computer generated sentiment was added for that finishing touch.

Can't wait to see your bright summery creations! The challenge runs for 2 weeks over the summer period so plenty of time to get your entries in!

Have a great day!

Friday Sketch Challenge #73

Good Morning,

I am here today to tell you there is a new challenge starting over at Friday Sketch Challenge.
This is the sketch for us to play with this fortnight

Sponsoring the challenge is FaeryInk who gave the DT some images to work with.
I have used Bee-YOU-tiful Pixie Fae Big Eyed Honeybee Girl  to make my card.
Isn't she adorable.

I have teamed her up with Honey Bee papers from Raspberry Road, I thought they were just right for the image. The image was coloured with markers, chalks & glamour dust after being printed & cut using the silhouette. All mats, layers and the butterflies were cut on the silhouette. The butterflies were coloured with markers, glittered and viva pearls were added to the body.

Have a great weekend everyone.
