Photo Inspiration @ MAWTT

Good Morning crafters,
Hope you are all well, big hugs to those of you that need one.

Pami is hostess this week with Team A playing along over at
Moving Along With The Times
The theme this week is some photo inspiration, here is the photo:

Here is my card, I chose to use the colours in the photo on my card. However you can interpret this anyway you like, maybe springtime or Easter etc.

I have used Bucket of Roses Delight from Ladybug Crafts Ink. I printed this onto a piece of card along with the sentiment so that I could cut it out to a 5.5 inch square. This was then mounted onto a piece of black card before mounting onto the card blank. The image was coloured with markers. The fishtail banners were cut on the silhouette then added to the card. I finished off the card by adding a few pearls and doodling round the edge of the card and fishtails. I was quite pleased how this one turned out and made several in different colour ways.

Hopefully you will join in the challenge this week which you can find here

TPC

Good morning my crafty friends,

I can't believe how quick the week's come round.
Friday already which means a new challenge over at Totally PaperCrafts with team B
The lovely Lisa is hosting the challenge this week and has chosen a super theme:

'Christmas/non traditional colours'

I went with rust, beige and kraft with a touch of gold.
The image is 'Snowman Chorus' from Ladybug Ink who is sponsoring the challenge this week.
The image was coloured with a mixture of markers, distress inks & stickles.
This was then mounted behind a frame cut out using 2 sizes of bauble dies from Spellbinders as was the computer generated sentiment.

This was mounted onto HOTP papers using foam pads along with a poinsettia cut out & embossed using a spellbinder die.

It's worth hopping on over to the main challenge blog to see what other colour combos my teamies have used.
Also there is a DT call which is well worth a look! A New Year a new challenge, go on try out!!!!!

Friday Sketch Challenge #31 reminder

Good Evening,

I feel so guilty as I'm really late posting this. I should have posted this Friday morning as it's a halfway reminder card for  Friday Sketch Challenge following Debra's sketch.  However I have had a raging toothache & could not concentrate to do anything so perhaps I can be forgiven

I have used Christmas Robin's Delight, an image from this week's sponsor, which I have coloured in with Spec's and added some glamour dust.
The papers are from Nitwits

Friday Sketch Challenge #31

Good Morning,

Hope the rain stays away today, hasn't it been so wet!
I feel so sorry for everyone who have had to stay in temporary accommodation due to flood alerts. Can't imagine what it would be like, I like to be at home.

It's time for a new challenge over at Friday Sketch Challenge by Debra

How great is that, I enjoyed using it so much I have used it several times more. For my card today I have rotated the sketch

Ladybug crafts ink has sponsored us this week and she very generously gave the DT Christmas Delights to play with, I chose Handbag Tree Delight coloured with Specs & Pros. I have added glamour dust for that bit of sparkle, you can't do Christmas without sparkle!
The paper has been embossed with an A4 double sided folder from spellbinders, I think is was called dainty dots. This has been mounted onto red card, the red dots were cut out of the same card. The holly leaves were cut on the silhouette and have been mounted onto a double layer of ribbon.

Hop on over to see what the talented DT have created
