Glamorous Lady

Good Afternoon
You're shocked, so am I!
3 posts in 3 days, not been done in along time!

I thought I would share this card I made for a friends Birthday recently.

Image- printed from Serif
Paper- embossed velum using CC folder
Mat- paper pricked using CE ruler
Sentiment - computer generated
Flowers - HC stamp heat embossed on velum
Leaves - HC stamp and die
viva pearls and gems for that finishing touch

Well that was a task and half. Just wrote this post on my phone whilst at lunch. Will correct anything that is not right when I get on my laptop. Glad I did it though.

FSC #91

Good Evening,

Pleased to report the plumber returned, fitted my taps but refused to change the radiator. However he did a quick clean up with a wire brush round the valve and sealed it with a bit of tape, job done without the big bill. Can you believe it? I couldn't I was expecting to get stung.

Onto the new challenge starting over at Friday Sketch Challenge with this super sketch to work with

Here's what I did with the sketch:

I had a little play with my new digikit CD from Serif -Victoria Nelson's Occasions Collection
The backing papers were printed from the Crafters Companion Barkley CD and a piece of dainty dots embossed paper. The flowers are a mixture of punched, die cut and cameo cut.

Have a good evening!

Secret Ladies

Good Evening crafters,

Another wet day here in Northampton, that's 3 days constant rain!
I had planned to spend some time in the garden but had to craft instead :)
It gave me a chance to get some stock cards done as I have a sale coming up in a couple of weeks.

I thought I would share a couple of cards I made whilst having my recent treatments that I never got round to posting. Both are simple CAS style.

Both cards were made using Serif Craft Artist 2 & the Secrets digi kit.
The one above was first mounted onto a black mat before being added to a glitter card mat.
Gems were added to both cards to embellish the hats

Simply feminine & beautiful images don't you think!

Enjoy your evening!
