Love Spring Time

Good Afternoon,

It's Monday which means there's a new challenge starting over at
This week's challenge is being sponsored by the fabulous
All Dressed up Challenge blog

I took the opportunity  to use this challenge to make a card for my Granddaughter's birthday which is on Easter Sunday and the challenge theme suits her to the ground:
Ribbon/Lace & Pearls
all things so girly which is Alisha

I used an image from this week's sponsor called 'Love Spring Time' and can be found here. I printed it and cut it using my Cameo, cutting out an extra bow for her hair. I used markers and a spot of chalk to colour the image, using the blender pen to bleach out the spots on the butterfly. I used all three items in this week's challenge theme, pleating the ribbon before adding over the lace. The digi papers are from Nit Wits and  the Barkley CD.

Hop on over to the challenge blog to see what fab creations the talented team have made.

Thank you for visiting my blog today
Have a Great Day!

FSC #91

Good Evening,

Pleased to report the plumber returned, fitted my taps but refused to change the radiator. However he did a quick clean up with a wire brush round the valve and sealed it with a bit of tape, job done without the big bill. Can you believe it? I couldn't I was expecting to get stung.

Onto the new challenge starting over at Friday Sketch Challenge with this super sketch to work with

Here's what I did with the sketch:

I had a little play with my new digikit CD from Serif -Victoria Nelson's Occasions Collection
The backing papers were printed from the Crafters Companion Barkley CD and a piece of dainty dots embossed paper. The flowers are a mixture of punched, die cut and cameo cut.

Have a good evening!

With Love Mouse

Good Afternoon,

Just had the 4th plumber round to look at some work I need doing. They keep looking and say they'll get back to me with a price but it never happens, I never hear from them again. The chappie that's been today is coming back in the morning to do the most urgent job, a dripping kitchen tap that is driving me mad.

I thought I would share a card with you today that I made very quickly (as I nearly forgot) for a friends birthday. I had the Mouse with Love digi from Di's Digi's already coloured up using markers, it's well worth a look she has a great selection of fab images.

The backing paper was printed from the Camden Town CD.
The card was embossed with a cuttlebug folder.
The flowers and flousish were die cut/punched.

Have a great day in the sunshine!

Good Evening,

I must say a big sorry to this week's hostess, the lovely Janice. With a fabby theme

Tag - Your it!
so get out those tags, die cuts or electronic cutting machines and come join in!

My card was made using a Hunkydory kit that was free with a magazine a while ago.
I made an easel card, adding my tag to the ribbon/bow on the card stopper.
