 Good Morning,

Don't the weekends fly by?
Which means it's Monday and a new challenge is starting over at
We have not one but two super sponsors:

CRAFTS AND ME ONLINE STORE

&

The Hobby House
This week's theme is:
'Mothers Day'

I have used a fabby image from this week's sponsor  birdy girl valentine digital stamp the sentiment in the heart was added by me. I used the silhouette to print and cut the image before colouring it in with markers. The sentiment and butterflies were also cut on the cutter. The papers are  called 'Boho Chic' a new pad that I couldn't resist! Hobby House pearls were added to the sentiment and butterflies.

Hop on over to see what the team have created.

Flying High

Good Morning,

What a beautiful day we had yesterday, I hope it's here to stay!
Makes you feel so much better doesn't it?

I have my DT card to share with you this morning for the new challenge starting over at
This weeks theme chosen by the lovely Wendy is:
Pink/Lilac &/or Butterflies
I went for pink & butterflies

I got a distressing tool which I used to distress the four  My Minds Eye-In Bloom squares and a piece of white. The butterflies (my Daughters design) and ovals (birds free cutting file) were cut on the silhouette. Frayed burlap distress ink was applied to all pieces and used to stamp the sentiment. To finish off, pearls were added to the bodies of the butterflies. How simple  but quite pleasing.

Hop on over to the main challenge blog to see what the talented DT have created.
We have some new team members joining us this week, it would be good if they got a welcome visit.

Life Begins!

Good Afternoon,

I'm here today to let you know there's a new challenge starting today over at
This weeks theme is
'Your Favourite Colour Combo'
I don't really have a favourite colour combo but am liking yellow & grey together at the moment

I used markers, chalks, glossy accents & glitter to colour in this image from Stamping Bella.
The papers are from My Minds Eye-In Bloom a fave of mine at the mo.
The sentiment was computer generated and the number was cut on the silhouette.

Hop on over to see what the talented DT's fave colour combo is here

Photo Inspiration @ MAWTT

Good Morning,

I'm hostess over at Moving Along With The Times this week.

The theme I have chosen is:
Photo/Colour inspiration
And here it is:

Perfect for Shabby chicPerfe design - pink and turqoiuse colors

I have had a little play with the decoupage pad that I bought for Alisha for Christmas, I did ask first!!!
I had a card sent to me for my birthday from my team mate Sue made from this kit which Alisha absolutely loved, so I thought I would get her a kit to play with. The only trouble is she takes over my craft room most weekends when she comes to stay.

The decoupage kit is from Santoro called Mirabelle
The papers were a Christmas present, 12x12 My Mind's Eye - Bloom
Ribbons & pearls from stash
Sentiment - Crafters Companion stamp, stamped onto decoupage waste.
