Apologies for posting this late, computer playing up still :(

Only get a picture when it feels like it so not good when you have a deadline. I must get my files moved over to my new one, keep putting it off cause all my folders need sorting and I know it's gonna be a long job. I managed to get silhouette studio loaded but I do not know how to get the library moved over and I really don't want to loose them.

Jingle Bells PAPPY

Hello Everyone,

I've been AWOL, no fault of my own. Firstly I've been poorly for about 3 weeks, couldn't talk for 1 week (which some may say good) and was off work. It absolutely drained me :(

Then my laptop has been into the repair shop twice , I was having to put a clothes peg on the screen to get a picture. Last Friday my 3 lovely children gave me an early birthday pressie, a new laptop, how lucky am I? Just need to get all my files and programmes loaded :)

The card I am sharing is the card I made for my lovely Mum's 80th Birthday back in May

I used Markers and inks to colour in the image, decoupaging the sunflower that I printed onto a shrunk down DP from a Dreamees CD that I used full size for the backing paper.

The sentiment is also a Dreamees stamp and a few blue embellies to match the image colours

I have used the gorgeous Pretty in Plaits image from ADU

I coloured up the image with markers.

I made the card base using one sheet of A4 card and covered the back and side panel in a LOTV floral paper . The stripe & dotty papers are printed from a Dreamees CD.

The rose is hand rolled and the tiny flowers are punched, the leaves are cut using a MB die.

The sentiment is a Dreamees stamp.

It seems ages since I posted anything, life has been getting in the way recently. I am hoping things will calm down and I will get a bit of me time.

A new challenge begins today and runs for a fortnight over at

Moving Along With The Times

the theme has been chosen by the lovely Amy which is:

Graduation

Not sure who the stamp image & sentiment stamp is by, maybe Penny Black????? The image was coloured with dinky inkies and blending solution by the Dreamees and a little chalk. The backing paper is embossed using an A4 folder from SB dainty dots. The little gems were a present from my Daughter that she brought in India, she brought me a nice selection in different sizes and colours. Look forward to her next visit see what goodies she's picked up. Not long before she comes home, I can't wait to see her, she fly's home on the 21st of July and is staying for 3 weeks this time.
